Shadowcliff Celebrates Kathy Baldwin’s Leadership, Announces Executive Director Search

The board of directors for Shadowcliff has accepted the resignation of KathyBaldwin, effective at the close of the season, September 30, 2022.
Board chairman Skelly Warren said, “It is with deep regret that we accept Kathy’s departure. She has communicated that she needs more time to address significant family commitments and felt the time was right. We will miss her tirelessness, good humor and leadership.”

Kathy was hired in 2018 and led effectively over the last four years. She helped Shadowcliff navigate Covid and the East Troublesome fire. Kathy shared, “My experience here has been a great gift. It has been an honor to serve this organization, and I will remain a champion for Shadowcliff. I feel incredibly enthusiastic about the future of Shadowcliff primarily because our amazing community continues to respond in the most caring and compassionate ways.”

The Shadowcliff Board of Directors has initiated a search for our next Executive Director. Please refer to the job posting on our website if you or someone you know is interested in seeking this position.

On behalf of the board, we want to thank Kathy for her tremendous leadership throughout the last four years and wish her continued success in all she does.
