Rebalancing Through Transition: The Four Pillars of Wellbeing
with Kealani Lori Walker
August 23 5:00 PM
Shadowcliff Mountain Lodge, 105 Co Rd 663, Grand Lake, CO 80447
Join meditation teacher Kealani Lori Walker for an evening of connection, reflection, and practical tools to support your wellbeing through life's changes.
Practicing in Shadowcliff's historic chapel, overlooking Grand Lake and the surrounding mountains, participants are invited to slow down and turn inward, using the breath, mantras, and gentle reflection to find steadiness amid change.
Freedom Meditation is a practice designed to help your thoughts work for you rather than against you. Through mantra and guided awareness, it supports the mind in settling into calm and clarity, and in experiencing and accepting difficult emotions without judgment.
No prior meditation experience is necessary. This practice is practical, trauma-aware, and beginner-friendly.
What to Expect
This session includes a guided meditation and time for quiet reflection. Kealani will offer clear guidance throughout, creating a supportive space for participants to explore the practice at their own pace.
Some blankets and mats will be available in the chapel, though you are encouraged to bring your own along with anything that will help you feel especially comfortable and supported.
This is a quiet, inward practice. No movement is required.
