Sound Healing with Jenna Hinkel

Join sound healing practitioner Jenna Hinkel for an immersive evening of rest, resonance, and renewal.
Practicing in Shadowcliff’s historic chapel, overlooking Grand Lake and the surrounding mountains, participants are invited to lie down and receive the layered tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other instruments. As waves of sound move through the space, the body is gently guided toward stillness, balance, and ease.
Sometimes described as a “sound bath,” this practice uses vibration and frequency to support relaxation and nervous system regulation. Many people find that sound healing helps quiet the mind, release tension, and create a sense of calm, clarity, and emotional openness. Over time, it can support deeper rest, restore energy, and reconnect us with our natural rhythms.
There is nothing you need to do—this is a fully receptive experience. You are invited to simply rest, listen, and allow the sound to carry you inward.
What to Expect
Each session takes place lying down or seated comfortably. Jenna will guide the group into stillness before weaving together a soundscape using crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and other instruments.
The experience will close with time for quiet integration and optional tea.
Blankets and mats will be available in the chapel, though you are encouraged to bring anything that will help you feel especially comfortable and supported (pillows, eye masks, extra layers).
