Mountain Top Yoga Workshop with Gwyn Tash

Move, breathe, connect, meditate, and enjoy daily seminars where we integrate mind, body, and soul.

June 14th-17th, 2018

Come renew your spirit and enliven your yoga practice! Join us for four days of full yogic exploration in this mountain yoga and meditation workshop designed to experience asana from the inside out. Practice will be focused on turning inward for self study and authenticity. There will also be plenty of free time to explore Grand Lake and the surrounding areas or to simply rest with a good book. Led by Yogi, Counselor, Reiki Master Teacher, and Certified Meditation Instructor, Gwyn Tash of Fort Collins, CO.

Program

Yoga is much more than a series of poses or postures. It empowers us to feel, to connect with self and others, and to heal from the inside out. Many of us initially come to the mat for purely physical reasons, for strength, stamina, and flexibility. As we see our practice grow, we begin to see shifts, changes, and transformation within our body, our awareness, and our heart and mind. Relationships begin to shift, beliefs broaden, and the world as we know it expands for the greatest benefit of all.

Experience a deeper connection to your body, your thoughts, and your emotions with this amazing program flow:
