Farewell to Kathy Baldwin

It is with the deepest gratitude that the Shadowcliff community says goodbye to Kathy Baldwin, who is stepping down from the position of Executive Director after 4 years. Kathy joined our team in 2018 when she was hired by then Board Chair Ariana Friedlander, and has led Shadowcliff through extremely challenging years marked by COVID-19 and the East Troublesome Fire. Kathy has shown wisdom, courage, and fortitude throughout her tenure, and will be missed by both Board and Staff. She will be relocating to Kansas City this fall to be with family, and we wish her the very best. Thank you, Kathy!!
