Shadowcliff 2019 Seasonal Hiring Update

Dear Shadowcliff Community,

An update on our hiring for the 2019 Season — due to the wonderful work of our current and newly incoming General Managers (Carl & Emily), and all of you who have helped us to spread the word, we have made great progress already:

      * Cook  — Hired!

      * Assistant Manager — Hired!

      * Office Assistant — Hired!

Still Needed:

       * Maintenance Manager

       * 4-6 additional Rotating Staff

We are looking for staff who would enjoy engaging with people from throughout the US and the world, as well as a willingness to live with and accept persons of different views and beliefs, willing to work hard, learn new skills, and participate in a variety of tasks.

In return, our seasonal staff are offered lodging, meals, incredible interactions with the community of Shadowcliff guests, volunteers, and staff, and have many opportunities to take advantage of the trails and terrain of Rocky Mountain National Park, and the Arapaho and Indian Peaks Wilderness areas. Fishing, hiking, and kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding are major free-time activities, as well as summer theater, local bands, and other events in town.
