Many of you know Shadowcliff's General Manager, Emily Cesca, is also an inspiring yoga teacher who spends her winter months leading classes in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. As a response to these uncertain times, Emily has generously started offering yoga classes online at no cost (but PayPal donations are very much appreciated!).
Anyone can log in and practice along with Emily by joining this public Facebook group and following the directions and Zoom link posted there. Check the updated schedule in the Facebook group for class offerings and times.
