Shadowcliff Summer Staff
Emily Cesca will be back on site as Shadowcliff General Manager again this summer to oversee operations! Â Emily is very much looking forward to seeing everyone in person again, from an acceptable social distance. Be assured, she’ll be smiling from behind her mask!Â
We are excited to announce that we are now hiring our seasonal staff! Staffing for the summer will look a bit different than in the past as we navigate and redefine our operations during this transition year.
A bit of good news to start – we have already filled the important position of Maintenance Manager! Shadowcliff friend, volunteer, and all-around great guy Caleb Gusloff is excited to take on the task and will be onsite early May to get things up and running!
About Caleb: Â After growing up in the small town of Freeport, IL, Caleb migrated to Fort Collins over ten years ago. During his time in Colorado, he has worked many jobs in the construction industry as a carpenter and laborer. In 2019 Caleb started community college, and recently graduated with an associate’s degree focused on architectural drafting and building science. Caleb has been volunteering at Shadowcliff for the past six years. During this time he could be seen helping with much needed construction and maintenance projects, and other miscellaneous tasks. As a regular volunteer, he has always been interested in spending an entire season working at Shadowcliff. Fortunately, the stars have aligned, and Caleb is now able to spend the entire season working and living alongside our other seasonal employees. As the Maintenance Manager, he is excited to use his skills to help the Shadowcliff community, and is looking forward to creating lasting relationships with the people of Shadowcliff. He is a very social person and enjoys making new friends. In his spare time Caleb likes to be outdoors, fish, hunt, travel, attend concerts, cook, create art, and have a good time in general. We are looking forward to having Caleb onsite this year, and hopefully many more to come!
