In November 2014, Hillary Mizia is hired as Executive Director in a new model that retains an Executive Director half time who is off site and responsible for off-season management and group sales partnered with a hired on site manager. The 2015 and 2016 summer managers last one season each, with no participation in the off-season and the Board begins an evaluation of the new benefits/detriments to this new model.
