Dear Shadowcliff Community,

Emily Cesca, Shadowcliff General Manager, will be stepping down effective April 15th. Emily has been an amazing staff member for over 5 years, beginning her time with us as Assistant Manager, then promoted to General Manager in 2019.

Emily has so generously shared her many talents with us during her time with Shadowcliff. The improvements she has implemented are too many to name. We have greatly benefited from her amazing dedication, her creative problem-solving skills, and her deep connection to Shadowcliff values.

We wish you well, Emily, in your next adventures.

Dear Shadowcliff Community,
I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the opportunity to serve you in my role as both Assistant Manager and then General Manager for the past five years.
Shadowcliff has been a very special place for me and it has been an honor to connect with all of you. I believe deeply in the magic of Shadowcliff and in its values of Healing, Growth, Interconnection, and Community, as I have been personally and professionally blessed to experience each of these during my time there. 
I will forever hold Shadowcliff – the place and the community – in my heart. Although I say farewell for now as I move forward on my journey, I hope you will always consider me a friend of Shadowcliff, and may our paths cross again.
