For Shadowcliff, support comes in many forms - sometimes with time and talents as volunteers, sometimes with a tax-deductible donation. Due to COVID-19, we are experiencing unprecedented challenges in our world. Our Management team and Board of Directors are dedicated to Shadowcliff's sustainability and have been working diligently to adapt to ever-changing circumstances. However, we are not immune to the financial impacts affecting so many non-profits during this time. Other Ways to Give
Adopt-A-Room is a program aimed at collecting funds to upgrade our rooms and cabins. Our first goal is the Be a Dream Maker campaign, with the goal to update all of our beds with new organic mattresses, sheets, and pillowcases, and joyful, soft, and warm bedspreads. Soon we’ll look at soundproofing, new windows, new curtains, fresh paint, and other improvements.
Scholarships are an important piece of our mission. Helping to increase the diversity of Signature Shadowcliff programs like our family camp, teacher trainings, and yoga exploration retreat, scholarships boost attendance amongst those who couldn’t afford the price otherwise. Currently our scholarship program is based on the funding raised per event.
Legacy Giving is a valuable way to support the mission of Shadowcliff while taking advantage of federal and state tax laws that may allow reduction of income taxes, lower gift, and estate taxes, or provide income during the donor’s lifetime. Help us live your legacy!
