Shadowcliff is currently closed and will reopen Memorial Day. We begin accepting reservations for the summer season on February 1st, 2020.

As you have heard by now, Hillary has announced that this will be her last season as Shadowcliff’s executive director. The Board is sad to see her go and very thankful for the hard work, ingenuity, and leadership she has given to grow our organization over the past 4 years. We are also excited to see what lies ahead for Hillary and know that she and her family will stay connected with Shadowcliff in many ways for years to come. Thank you Hillary!

As boards must do, we are now turning our sights to find an excellent new executive director to lead Shadowcliff into the future. Our Search Committee has been working with Hillary to create a new job description, which we are pleased to share with you here and on our website. The job application window will remain open until July 20th. All interested applicants should submit their cover letter and resumé per the instructions in the job description before then.

Finding the right person to serve as Shadowcliff’s Executive Director is going to be a community effort. While we spread the news far and wide, we hope that you will think about those within your network who could be a great fit. As someone who has been to Shadowcliff before, you have invaluable insight. In fact, we have already started to hear from group and community leaders with names and recommendations. We certainly have our work cut out for us!

If you have any questions or possible candidates, please connect with me directly via email or at 970-218-3922.
