Shadowcliff’s early relationship with Bridging The Gap in Kansas provided educational support for our sustainability efforts. For example, static cling messages have been posted on the bathroom mirrors with reminders to turn off the faucet and lights.
Information of energy conservation was added to these messages to make guests aware and feel included in Shadowcliff’s efforts. Other messages have been artistically carved or written on wood across the lodge to constantly remind guests of their role in Shadowcliff’s sustainability.
