Shadowcliff Not Immune to Current Labor Shortages

As with many other employers, it is apparent from the lack of responses received so far through our normal advertising channels, Shadowcliff is not immune to the labor shortage challenges across the country. Normally we would have received many applications by now. Unfortunately, that is not the case this year!

To address this, we are expanding our promotions and advertising to new outlets. And, we are asking that all of us in the Shadowcliff community come together to assist — we need your help more than ever before!

We know not everyone knows the perfect candidate, but we believe if we all push out the information to our networks, more will be aware of these opportunities.
