Fall 2018: Kathy Baldwin was selected from over 20 applicants as Executive Director replacing Hillary Mizia. Carl Sniffen provides notice of his resignation as Manager and Emily Cesca(formerly Assistant Manager) is hired in Carl’s place. Carl continued to provide key support to both Kathy and Emily through June 2019.  

In November 2014, Hillary Mizia is hired as Executive Director in a new model that retains an Executive Director half time who is off site and responsible for off-season management and group sales partnered with a hired on site manager. The 2015 and 2016 summer managers last one season each, with no participation in the

May 2011: a new deck added to Cliffside and a new entry to Overlook Cabin, including the smaller outside storage room as part of the interior. Cabins added and kitchen expanded. 1999-2000: The Rempel’s work with Bob Mann for about a year on plans to “sell Shadowcliff. On Labor Day Volunteer Weekend in September 2000 after conversations with many friends they decide NOT to sell Shadowcliff and to “give it away” with recorded restrictions on the use. 1977: Ecumenikos (first group) came to Shadowcliff for the first time July 14 or 15 launching along term love affair with many people from that community. This was the introduction of Judith Christy and Bob Mann to Shadowcliff. Little did they or the Rempels know that 24 years later Judith and Bob would succeed them
